O’Bryan Engineering served as the Arkansas Engineer of Record for the Structural Engineering Peer Review for five Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department contracts totaling more than $179 million. Some of the services O’Bryan provided on these contracts include:

O’Bryan Engineering provided the following services on the Jacksonville Highway 67 Widening, $79 million project consisting of 5 miles of Main Lane Interstate Reconstruction:
• 3D Surface Models for Temporary Widening and Main Lanes
• 3D Surface Volumes Comparison for Quantity Check (Original Ground Surface vs. Final Surface)
• Structural Bridge Certification for existing and new construction bridges
• Structural excavation shoring design
Nabholz Corp, Rogers, AR
O’Bryan provided services on three separate AHTD projects totaling over 15 miles of state highway widening and construction with a contract value of over $ 46 million.
• 3D Surface and Subgrade Models for Main Lanes, Storm Drainage, and additional features.
Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel/Johnsville Co., LLC, Pine Bluff, AR
O’Bryan provided services for two projects consisting of 15 miles of new construction and widening with a contract value $ 41 million. One of these projects is part of the I-69 Continental Connector
• 3D Surface and Subgrade Models for Main Lanes, Storm Drainage, and additional features.
Structural Bridge Certification
Through 2019, O’Bryan has provided structural bridge certifications to more than 60 contractors, representing 320 certifications and 900 bridges. These analyses included asphalt mill/over projects, polymer deck overlays, bridge demolition procedures, and work plans, girder erection plans, and verification that construction equipment loadings and operations do not overstress the structures as designed.
